Monday: Rest day!!! We traveled home from Ottawa. Once home, it was time for laundry and homework.
Supper: Instant Pot Risotto with Butternut Squash and Turkey (Thank you dear sweet cousin for the leftovers!)
Tuesday: TurboFire Fire55. I love this workout so much. It's long but the routines change fairly often so there's no getting bored. My favourite thing about TurboFire as a whole is that I have to focus on what I'm doing, be completely present in the workout or I will loose the choreography. I'm not an overly coordinated gal and I love that this requires all of my focus and attention.
Supper: Turkey sandwiches on good white bread & Kale salad
Wednesday: Upper & HIIT. I'm planning on getting some heavier weights before this workout so I can build muscle and get rid of these stick arms.
Supper: Cabbage Roll Casserole
Thursday: Rest day or yoga. I would like to be more flexible but I'm not good at working towards that.
Friday: Lower & Core. This is one of my favourite combinations for a strength day. I'm already looking forward to this workout!
Supper: I remain undecided. The weather will be cooling off again so probably something in the soup/stew/curry family.
Saturday: Cardio day! TurboFire Fire 60 if I have time, if not Fire 40. This will depend on how early I manage to get up and moving.
Supper: Pizza night. Homemade pizza for the win!
Sunday: Rest Day! The kids have a swim meet in the morning so I will be very sweaty. Pool decks are hot!
