Sunday: Steady State cardio of choice for the day was my soulmate workout, TurboFire. I didn't have a lot of time so I kept it short and did Fire30. It's an intense 30 minutes with lots of choreography without being too dancey.
Monday: Rest Day. I had an absolutely terrible sleep and wasn't feeling my workout when 6 am rolled around. I probably should have gotten up and moving anyway. No regrets. Sometimes you just need an extra rest day.
Tuesday: PiYo Sculpt. I really really didn't want to work out this morning! I put on a challenging but short video and got to it.
Wednesday:Fitnessista: Strength & Power Total Body Workout. This probably wasn't the best choice for today. My legs were screaming in protest after yesterday's abuse. Oops. Most of the Fitnessista's workouts are supposed to be repeated up to three times but I only had time and internal fortitude for 2 rounds.
Thursday: Steady State day. Fire45 if time allows. I'm still getting used to how to structure the morning around K's new bus time, making lunches, and getting everyone off to school on time.
